Riceberry Porridge with Onsen Egg
Ingredients & Mixtures
- 1 sachet Instant Riceberry Sprouted Porridge (Khaokhunmae Brand)
- 50g shredded boiled chicken breast
- 1 tbsp finely sliced ginger
- 1 tsp chopped spring onion
- 1 Onsen egg
- 1 cup hot boiling water
- 1 tsp low sodium light soy sauce
Steps & Instructions
- Pour instant Sprouted Riceberry Porridge powder into a serving bowl.
- Pour boiling hot water (about 1 cup) into the bowl.
- Stir quickly, then cover the bowl for about 3 minutes until soft and thick.
- Uncover, stir again. Garnish with shredded chicken, ginger, spring onion, and the Onsen egg in the center.
- Add low sodium soy sauce to taste. Serve warm for a healthy breakfast.
