Riceberry Porridge with Onsen Egg

Ingredients & Mixtures

  • 1 sachet Instant Riceberry Sprouted Porridge (Khaokhunmae Brand)
  • 50g shredded boiled chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp finely sliced ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped spring onion
  • 1 Onsen egg
  • 1 cup hot boiling water
  • 1 tsp low sodium light soy sauce

Steps & Instructions

  1. Pour instant Sprouted Riceberry Porridge powder into a serving bowl.
  2. Pour boiling hot water (about 1 cup) into the bowl.
  3. Stir quickly, then cover the bowl for about 3 minutes until soft and thick.
  4. Uncover, stir again. Garnish with shredded chicken, ginger, spring onion, and the Onsen egg in the center.
  5. Add low sodium soy sauce to taste. Serve warm for a healthy breakfast.
