Germinated Rice Germ Banana Pancake
Ingredients & Mixtures
- 1 cup Organic Jasmine Brown Rice Flour (Khaokhunmae Brand)
- 2 tbsp Germinated Rice Germ 6 Species (Khaokhunmae Brand)
- 1 mashed banana
- 3/4 cup oat milk or soy milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pure honey (for topping)
Steps & Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oat milk, and mashed banana until combined, then whisk in brown rice flour, baking powder, and rice germ until smooth.
- Preheat a non-stick pan over low heat, lightly grease with coconut oil or butter.
- Pour batter into circles, sprinkle rice germ on top, cook until bubbles pop, then flip.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides. Stack on a plate, garnish with banana slices and honey.
